To change the phone number or Google Authenticator you use for Two-Factor Authentication, please get in touch with our support team at info@wetravel.com from the email address attached to the WeTravel account in need of resetting, and send us a picture (selfie) of the account owner holding their valid government-issued photo ID (make sure the details on the ID are clear and easy to read).
Once we receive and verify this, we will check your identity and reset your Two-Factor Authentication phone number or Google Authenticator for you.
Please bear in mind that the main account team members may currently only be able to set up app-based authentication.
